CPE Technology Berhad (CPE Tech) brought its annual anniversary celebration to life in a way that was truly outside our usual tradition—transforming what is typically a dinner gathering into a vibrant, full-scale carnival experience. Held on 7 February 2026, the event welcomed around 720 attendees, including all of our employees and invited guests, for an evening filled with food, fun, appreciation and camaraderie.
From the moment guests arrived, the carnival atmosphere was unmistakable. Staff enjoyed a lively setting complete with a themed photo backdrop and welcoming décor, setting the tone for an upbeat evening of celebration.
A key highlight of the carnival was the wide variety of food and beverage booths, where employees and guests could redeem their RM100 coupons to enjoy their preferred meals and drinks. The strong participation and cheerful crowd energy made the dining experience a central part of the celebration. In the true spirit of community, CPE Tech also encouraged employees to pack and bring home food for their families—a gesture that extended the joy of the event beyond the venue.
Beyond the food, the carnival featured a range of games and activities designed to help staff unwind and connect outside of the workplace. Laughter, friendly competition and group moments were seen throughout the night, reflecting the strong bond across teams and departments.
Honouring Long-Service Employees
In conjunction with the celebration, CPE Tech also took the opportunity to recognise employees who have contributed years of dedication to the Company. During the event, Long Service Awards were presented as a meaningful token of appreciation for loyalty, commitment, and consistent performance over the years.
A special mention goes to the 20-year long service award recipients, who are largely made up of the Company’s Management personnel, including production managers, plant managers, QC supervisors, and CPE Tech’s Key Senior Management – Senior Business Development Manager, Mr Paul Ngein. Their leadership and long-standing service have played an important role in guiding operations, strengthening performance standards, and developing teams over the years.

Champion Fun Fest 2026 was more than just a celebration—it was a reflection of CPE Tech’s people-first culture. By bringing employees together through a carnival concept, the Company created a shared experience that balanced enjoyment with appreciation, while also reinforcing the value of teamwork and long-term commitment.
